Due to our rapid growth in Asia, we are looking for a Regional Education Sales Representative to help us expand our impact to more students.
This is a full-time remote position, based in Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asia timezone markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths
Contacting and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the Admissions Team
Ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson’s CRM system
Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English - spoken and written
At least 1 year of experience in sales
A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value
Hunger and drive to exceed targets
High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRMs is a plus
