We’re looking for a structured and people-oriented HR Coordinator to help us support our growing team and improve our internal processes. This is a great role for someone who loves variety, structure, and helping others thrive at work.

The company is around 90 people, with teams in cities like Amsterdam, Berlin, and Barcelona. They’re a remote-first company working across Europe with strong internal values, solid leadership, and lots of momentum.
The HR & People team is still small — and this role will be key in building the structure as the company scales.

You’ll join the People & Culture team (currently 3 people) and support across onboarding, admin, internal communication, and HR tools.
