We are seeking a candidate for an Accounts Payable (AP) position with the following profile:
1 to 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Semi-senior level with solid knowledge in AP processes.
Proficiency in English.
Previous experience working with ERP systems (like SAP, Microsoft D365 or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and tracking invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with AP policies and procedures, and accuracy in financial closings.
Supporting the automation of AP processes and the implementation of best practices.
Collaborating with internal teams such as finance and accounting to ensure seamless integration of AP processes.
Preparing reports and financial analyses related to accounts payable.
