We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play an integral role in hiring top talent. This role is responsible for providing the highest level of service by facilitating a positive, successful process for our candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
Function as primary scheduler within assigned business units.
Collaborate on times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews.
Participate in guiding candidates through the interview process.
Manage confidential information in a professional manner.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Human Resource Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to foster an exceptional candidate experience and exquisite execution of the interview process.
Experience
Minimum of one to two years of experience in the capacity of a Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Preference will be given to candidates with Life Science industry experience, ideally Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals.
Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office Skills.
