  • Identify and understand customer pain points to create scalable solutions for fleet management.
  • Collaborate with international sales colleagues to generate leads and drive success in the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Lead direct sales activities to close opportunities in the fleet management space, working closely with marketing and product management teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for your deals, from lead generation to contract signing.

Job description

As a Strategic Sales Executive IoT you will work together with your Sales colleagues targeting the automotive, aerospace & defense and the manufacturing industry to acquire new customers for our fleet management solution. If you're passionate about robotics, automation, manufacturing and logistics and if keywords such as AMR, AGV or fleet management are by no means new to you, join us and become part of an amazing integrated Sales Team!

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

YOU WILL...

  • create value for your customers by identifying, understanding and challenging your customers pains to build a scalable and feasible solution that delivers on what we promise
  • work together with your international sales colleagues from manufacturing verticals, aerospace & security sectors and automotive to generate leads and build success around our fleet management product
  • generate and be responsible for your own deals pertaining to our KINEXON Fleet Management solution
  • lead the direct-sales activities to generate leads and close opportunities in the fleet management space closely aligned with marketing, business development and product management colleagues
  • identify and nudge potential customers on their fleet management needs and show them how to leverage our solution
  • own the deal and manage your virtual account team through the entire sales cycle until signature

Your Qualifications

YOU...

  • have at least 5 years of experience in sales
  • have sales experience in the industrial verticals pertaining to robotics & fleet management specifically
  • have specific experience selling enterprise software / SaaS
  • demonstrate a strong track record of customers success and engagements
  • have very good written and spoken English & German skills, and pay attention to grammar and tone
  • will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid set-up from our offices in Munich, or remotely within Germany
