Role: Office Support/Accounting Assistant
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential, Government Mandated Benefits, Equipment Provided 
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, Philippine time
Work Setup: Work-from-Home 


Job Summary:

We are looking for an excellent communicator in English. The position requires focus and a detailed mindset. They will be monitoring email, slack, and taking phone calls, providing support to our clients and customers. They need to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Being able to follow directions with precision. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Data entry, Contract review and fulfillment, Review and Data entry of Contracts, Insurance certificates, Invoices, Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Performing basic admin duties including but not limited to sending emails, invoicing, and reviewing Bill of lading (B/L)
  • Answering phones and client and customer questions through email, slack, and other systems.
  • Closely Monitor Email and Slack communications
  • Customer and Client retention efforts or service
  • Assisting and coordinating with the team
  • Assisting the front office team
  • Assisting and supporting management. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using Slack 
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS office, and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.
