Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our Coplogic team is the essential partner in automating crash and citation reporting for law enforcement agencies.

About the Role

The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the expansion and growth of the Coplogic brand across the U.S.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Provides leadership and strategic vision in the development of contributory database systems, ecosystems and partnerships in the law enforcement market at the statewide level.  
  • Create new strategic opportunities to expand market reach and grow market expansion.  
  • Assist with managing high level relationships with strategic state law enforcement leadership, industry organizations, and partner relationships at the state level.
  • Assist existing account managers with expanding their relationships and growing existing product solutions for the statewide market.  
  • Delivers results through assisting management and contributing to operational and functional goals as outlined by leadership.  
  • Assists with the development of departmental plans and provides input to the professional direction of their discipline, assisting with setting policy and ensuring operational and function goals are delivered.
  • Identifies strategic acquisition targets that expand existing capabilities or align with adjacent solutions. Decision making is guided by functional strategy aligned our leadership framework.

Qualifications:

  • Have a Bachelor's or equivalent sales experience.
  • Have experience selling into law enforcement agencies. Insurance sales experience also preferred.
  • Have experience leading a sales team, including demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills to drive data decision making.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
