Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance and provide insights for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets to align with strategic initiatives and business goals.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implement robust financial controls and policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency within the finance department.

Collaboration & Strategic Input

  • Collaborate with other departments to create synergies and ensure all financial activities are aligned with broader organizational objectives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions as required.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to new projects and investments proposed by the company.

Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, with a significant portion in a managerial role.
    • Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a multi-disciplinary organization.
    • Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
    • Excellent understanding of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance frameworks.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
