Position Overview:
The Marketing Intern will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and will be responsible for supporting all of Endpoint offerings on a global scale. This role will communicate effectively with marketing, BD, Account, Sales, Project, & Leadership teams to generate optimal strategies to drive global business, which include solution positioning, content calendar, assets, and promotions for all different market segments.
Responsibilities:
Use Salesforce & Pardot marketing platforms, social media platforms and Google Platforms to create, reach, and convert customers and prospects
Utilize Google Analytics & Looker Studio and other data sources to identify opportunities and insights
Collaborate with Sales, BD, Product and other teams to uncover new avenues for revenue, leads and / or engagement
Assist in execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing e-Mail, social, & paid media, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and objectives
Assist in gathering market research and competitive intel to identify opportunities, trends, insights and planning
Collaborate with sales and business development to develop marketing materials and update sales enablement tools
Schedule and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with all campaign support
Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytic tools to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the marketing department with administrative tasks and day-to-day marketing operations
Education:
Current senior enrolled in a Marketing or similar degree program
Experience:
0-2 years’ experience in marketing. Relevant course work will be considered.
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve
Desire to contribute and improve existing and new marketing projects
Exceptional customer focus
Desire to learn and teach others about Digital Marketing
Familiarity with Digital Marketing channels such as e-Mail, website, SEM, social media and display advertising.
Knowledge of digital platforms (SEM Rush, Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, SFDC, Pardot, Hotjar, Hootsuite, Power BI, Ad Cloud, LinkedIn Ad Manager, etc)
