Job description

• Logistics Coordination: Booking logistics providers for the transport of products, both locally and interstate.
• Invoice Management: Drafting and issuing invoices accurately to customers.
• Government Reporting: Providing necessary sales data of alcoholic beverages to relevant government bodies.
• Accounts Receivable: Following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Logistics Issue Resolution: Following up with logistics providers to address any problems or issues that arise during deliveries.
• CRM Data Management: Ensuring all sales and contact data is accurately and promptly loaded into the CRM system.
• Sales Outreach: Reaching out to potential customers to provide price lists and solicit new orders.
• Accounts Payable: Ensuring all invoices payable are accurately loaded into the accounting system.
