Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Job Overview

A well-established IT Solutions Provider company is seeking a Legal Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to its Legal Department. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage legal documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring accessibility and proper document management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage legal documentation, requests, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and manage important deadlines, case files, and contract renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Assist with legal research, data entry, and the preparation of reports or summaries as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other legal department activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security regarding sensitive legal and corporate matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with legal document management systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new processes and procedures.
Work Schedule & Environment
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
  • 100% Remote – work from anywhere in Mexico.
  • Requires a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to perform job duties effectively.
