Job Scope and Accountabilities:

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our most significant client relationships. Your primary focus will be to:

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to key accounts
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Secure renewals that meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Drive growth within existing client base
  • Execute cross-sales initiatives strategically

You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to deeply understand client needs and align our solutions to drive tangible business outcomes. This role requires a sophisticated blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and proactive sales acumen to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
  • Stay informed on compliance and risk management market developments and trends
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of SAI360's software and services to high-level executives
  • Travel to meet clients onsite when required

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or New Business Development
  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
  • Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
  • Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors
  • Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
  • General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and remote meeting tools

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
