Job Summary: The Hosted Buyer Conference Group executes approx. 16 events per year. As a Sales Representative you are solely responsible for approx. 3 assigned summits, selling opportunity across varied industries to vendors/sellers who will benefit from presenting and meeting with summit attendees seeking industry-related products or services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsibile for developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact between the Summit and the client, working to understand the client's needs and aligning the company's products or services to meet those needs effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.


Essential Job Function:

  • Will be responsible for new business development while maintaining a repeat business year over year.
  • Outbound calls (40+ daily) along with other outreach activities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Travel to assigned summits (approx. 3, yearly), interact with clients and assist in event needs
  • Travel to and prospect for new business at industry-related trade shows

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications and closing skills.
  • Results driven, deadline oriented and aggressive with the ability to successfully work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong customer service and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • A self-starter who can executive a sound consultative sales process
  • Someone who enjoys helping businesses succeed
  • An effective pipeline manager to ensure consistent revenue generation and client retention
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & Internet, ZoomInfo.
  • Proficiency in email correspondance
  • Market knowledge in the municipal sector is a plus but not necessary
  • 5+ years proven intangible sales experience, including as an account manager, sales executive, or other relevant role
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Special Job Dimensions: Employee will be responsible for a specific set of Summits within the Hosted buyer conference group's portfolio. The employee will be responsible Summits growth through managing a new business opportunities as well as book of return client business.


Work Environment: Will primarily work remote but will also be required to travel to Summits (2-3/year) in their portfolio and to industry events (2-4/year) for lead generation.


We are excited to share the OTE for this position is $137,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This OTE is made up of a target base salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 and commission target of $72,000. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
