The CSSP Account Manager is responsible for the initial creation and configuration of user accounts for all Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems. This role ensures proper access and functionality from the outset and maintains security and compliance through diligent account management and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and configure user accounts for CSSP subscribers and personnel, ensuring proper access and initial functionality.
  • Monitor account activity to identify inactive accounts and terminate accounts promptly for users who have departed the organization.
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving access issues for users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies, tailoring access permissions based on specific systems and user roles to maintain security and compliance.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Security Clearance Required: Top Secret
  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (related field preferred)
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years
  • Proven experience in account management or related field within a cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, including role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot access issues.
  • Ability to monitor and manage account activities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cybersecurity service provider operations and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage security policies and procedures.
