Position Overview:
Evernest is seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and data driven Pricing Coordinator to join the Revenue Management team. This critical role will support the Pricing Analyst by optimizing rent pricing strategies across the rent ready portfolio. They will analyze market data, vacancy trends, and property listing performance to ensure properties are competitively priced and aligned with market conditions. They will recommend thoughtful and data driven adjustments that increase leasing velocity and reduce vacancy. This new role will help shape the Revenue Management department, contribute to the overall success of the team and directly impact client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive leasing outcomes by assisting the Pricing Analyst with management of the rent-ready portfolio.
Ensure all properties are priced competitively in order to drive leasing velocity and client satisfaction.
Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, property performance, and competitor pricing to provide data-driven recommendations for weekly pricing adjustments.
Monitor listing performance and adjust pricing strategies for properties that have been on the market for an extended period, prioritizing aged inventory.
Provide data and insights to support the Pricing Analyst in meeting quarterly goals focused on reducing time to lease, enhancing client experience, and improving business outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
Ensure excellent property marketability by reviewing and improving visual presentation of properties and ensuring alignment with market expectations.
Additional responsibilities aimed at building a best in class Revenue Management team.
Requirements:
