About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for helping our clients drive new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and building lasting relationships with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of sales experience who’s looking to grow their career and develop in a high-performing, collaborative sales team.



What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads in a timely, professional manner.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help shape marketing and product strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to adapt and learn from different industries and their sales funnels.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident on the phone and clear in writing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
