About The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our vision by fostering a human-centric approach to our online business interactions. You will manage end-to-end relationships with clients, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and driving service excellence. You will provide leadership and direction to Team Leaders and Customer Service Agents, maintaining high standards of service, adaptability to evolving client needs, and nurturing exceptional team dynamics to enhance the client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain and grow revenue and margins.
  • Deliver excellent service and meet SLAs
  • Collaborate across the organization.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in a client-facing or customer-service management role.
  • 2+ years managing teams and subordinates, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Prefer with knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and SCCM is a plus.
  • Experience in the tech industry or BPO is a bonus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Culturally competent with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage.
