Right now, we’re expanding our market reach and impact in France and looking for a senior manager who can help us transform our clients and work as part of high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational work programmes. As a senior manager you will work across a range of industries including Chemicals, Manufacturing, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas sectors. You will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.


Key responsibilities will include;

  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts
  • Discover opportunities to make our clients safer, more productive and more sustainable
  • Lead teams of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety and / or operational challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions
  • Work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop your own and your team’s work plans, mobilising the team to deliver effectively
  • Work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client
  • Manage project delivery to ensure projects deliver the intended benefits.

This role is home-based in France but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.
