What is the role about?
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence through strategic social media content creation, market research, trend analysis, and analytics reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing the latest AI technologies to optimize marketing strategies and content delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across various platforms (mainly LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation: Design and produce compelling graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
Analytics Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future strategies.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, automate marketing processes, and gain deeper insights into market trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Administrative Support: Assist in organizing marketing materials and supporting the marketing manager with various administrative tasks
As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
