Job description

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support day-to-day marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role will own project tracking, meeting preparation, and collaboration with stakeholders across creative, copy, and marketing teams.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or creative operations
  • 2+ years using ClickUp (or similar PM tool) for task and workflow management
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven follow-through
  • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

Core Responsibilities
  • Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key discussions
  • Manage daily agendas including meeting prep, task follow-ups, and email updates
  • Organize project plans by involving the right stakeholders, collecting missing info, and ensuring timely execution
  • Maintain internal project boards with weekly reporting and data entry
  • Collaborate with creative and copy teams, track action items, and ensure timely task completion

The Compensation:

  • β‚±55,000 to β‚±75,000/month
