About the role:
We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate growth program — managing and scaling a diverse network of influencers, educators, communities, content creators, and affiliate partners who refer sellers to Threecolts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes the Amazon seller space, understands affiliate dynamics inside-out, and thrives on hitting ambitious acquisition goals through partner-sourced revenue. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — nurturing top performers, recruiting new voices, and driving consistent activation, enablement, and performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Own the affiliate program end-to-end: Acquisition, activation, enablement, tracking, performance, and optimization
  • Recruit and onboard new high-potential affiliates (influencers, educators, creators, review sites, blogs, FB communities, etc.)
  • Build relationships with our top affiliates to deepen engagement, share performance insights, and grow their impact
  • Create campaign kits & partner assets: messaging, creatives, email copy, in-app prompts, and educational materials
  • Monitor performance metrics: ACV from affiliate-sourced deals, sign-ups, activations, and CAC vs. channel ROI
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, CS, and sales to ensure a tight feedback loop on referrals
  • Launch performance-based initiatives like contests, spot bonuses, and exclusive promos to boost partner activity
  • Track and enforce compliance with brand standards, promotional guidelines, and competitive integrity
  • Bring insights from the field (what affiliates say, what customers respond to, what competitors are doing) to inform strategy

  • Requirements :
  • 8+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer-driven acquisition
  • Proven track record scaling affiliate programs — ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, and Amazon tools
  • Deep knowledge of the Amazon seller ecosystem — FBA, arbitrage, repricing, sourcing, tools, etc.
  • Comfortable managing hundreds of affiliates, nurturing top performers, and coaching underperformers
  • Analytical and data-driven — you monitor conversions, attribution, payouts, and ROI like a hawk
  • Confident communicator — you know how to excite, persuade, and retain partners across email, Slack, and Zoom
  • Tools-savvy: Comfortable with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack), Looker, GA, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), and Slack
  • Self-starter with extreme ownership and an operator’s mindset — you don’t need micromanaging
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS affiliate programs is a huge plus

  • Bonus Points For:
  • Experience rebuilding or reviving an underperforming affiliate program
  • Rolodex of creators or communities in the Amazon seller space
  • Understanding of partner-based content SEO and affiliate-first content strategies
  • Background in performance marketing or influencer marketing
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to qualify, convert, and close affiliate-sourced leads
