Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: USA/Remote
Reports to: Sales Manager
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Salary Range: $22–$28 per hour plus commission
Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative at Coronis Health, you'll be instrumental in growing our presence in the US healthcare market. You will engage potential healthcare customers, showcasing our innovative products and services and setting the stage for sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage potential clients to explain how Coronis Health's products and services meet their needs, leveraging comprehensive knowledge and research.
• Generate leads through the McKesson partnership, nurturing warm prospects to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to drive conversions.
• Use HubSpot CRM, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and implement best-in-class technology solutions.
• Identify the needs of McKesson customers and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with McKesson team members and their customers to qualify leads.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and arrange meetings or calls between McKesson team members, prospective customers, and sales executives.
• Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to ensure alignment with sales goals.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer or prospect-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
