Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Digital Marketing/Communications Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, implementing and managing digital advertising programs and campaigns across multiple channel platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft) and ad technology platforms (Fluency, DSP, DV360, MarTech). This role is responsible for engaging employees through training on company go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
The Digital Marketing/Communications Manager may also be focused externally with the purpose of increasing sales, driving brand awareness and increasing customer engagement. This role leverages email, display, mobile, social media, search and other technologies to ensure a comprehensive and effective digital mix, as well as analyzing customer behaviors and digital metrics. In this role you will explore, innovate and develop digital audience insights to drive new customer acquisition and engagement opportunities. The Digital Marketing/ Communications Manager works with OEM programs and dealer teams to create custom campaigns utilizing deep digital media expertise and awareness.
What You’ll Do
- Develops and evolves the customer value proposition for digital programs based on competitive analysis, customer insights, customer feedback, and assessment of business results
- Develops program-specific channel partner strategies via beta/pilots to achieve best in class platform capabilities and manages execution to ensure operational feasibility and scalability
- Utilizes analytics to gain insight and assess metrics/dashboards and identifies key performance indicators (KPI)
- Creates and implements trainings with teams to educate internal stakeholders on new capabilities that help drive revenue
- Partners cross-functionally on evaluation of product success
- Leads, contributes to and manages the innovation roadmap for digital ad technology prioritization
- Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure execution of OEM and dealer advertising programs, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives and best practices. Provides feedback and recommendations to dealer teams to maintain and improve performance
- Contributes to advertising operations processes, to ensure efficient and scalable solutions for managing capacity
- Contributes to research and development of trends and strategies related to the latest digital advertising trends, products, and best practices
- Evaluates and shares the latest industry developments across all channels, distilling to digital marketing best practices and tactics to drive results for clients
- Participates in the launch of new products and processes across advertising to ensure all are executed to their fullest
- Communicates clearly, strongly, and effectively to small and large groups
- Ensures alignment between Sales, OEM Program, Ad Operations and Dealer teams on tactics and strategies
- Serves as a platform expert who has a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and platforms being used. Recommends tailored strategies and configurations that align with client goals

Who You Are
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 6 years progressive and relevant digital marketing experience in a client facing role. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
- Advanced experience with a wide variety of digital marketing channels (SEM, Video, Social, Display)
- Experience in several disciplines, including but not limited to project management, client and performance reporting, media planning, exceptional client service
- Experience presenting clear, complex concepts to client executives
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for product knowledge acquisition
- Off-hours, on-call support may apply
- Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements
