About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee our Technical Account Management teams. This role will report directly to the VP of Customer Success and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to educate and enable our customers to achieve maximum value through use case operationalization. The successful candidate will build relationships with Security Operations and Application Security leaders up to and including CISOs, ensuring that our customer outcomes are achieved.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Director of Solution Architecture to create a seamless customer experience post-onboarding through adoption, upsell and renewal leading the Technical Account Managers to achieve Use Case Adoption across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Technical Account Management team to deliver, identify, document, enable, and confirm use cases for Salt customers.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive adoption, operationalization of use cases, and value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Security Operations, AppSec leaders, and CISOs to drive executive alignment and value confirmation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive adoption of new features and product enhancements
  • Establish and review unique use cases to share amongst Sales
  • Continuously improve processes to optimize the customer adoption journey

  • Bias for execution and proactive communication.
  • Takes action and moves with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated experience working with CISOs, Security Operations, and AppSec leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of API Security, security operations, or application security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in customer engagement platforms such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
