Job description

Company Overview:

Newor Media, a leading programmatic monetization platform and Google Certified Publishing Partner is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage publisher relationships and performance.  

Leveraging recent major wins and a newly upgraded platform, the successful candidate will work with publisher clients to optimize advertising performance onsite including revenue, viewability, custom unit placement plans, and other site optimizations. The Account Manager role is a key client-facing role that works across to activate and scale supply across multiple channels including display, video, and CTV.  The Account Manager works across a variety of content verticals, building publisher relationships through individualized attention.  The Account Manager implements and optimizes advertising strategies working directly with internal teams including sales, ad operations, and development providing header-bidding, PMP, programmatic direct, and direct advertising sales solutions.

Location : Asia (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and grow business partnerships with independent and enterprise publishers
  • Work directly with publishers and ad operations to onboard, manage and optimize websites
  • Manage and respond to publisher support requests, questions and technical requirements of independent publishers to grow advertising and service revenues and improve website performance
  • Identify and develop individualized site plans to optimize formats, placement, and quality ensuring the plans adhere to Google and Newor Media policies and best practices for user experience
  • Promote, launch, and manage new ad units including a proprietary video advertising formats
  • Support sales and ad operations to optimize publisher monetization through packaging and bundling of publishers into PMPs and other preferred inventory offerings
  • Troubleshoot technical issues working closely with ad ops, and engineering
  • Routinely communicate to your publisher portfolio relevant platform updates, announcements and news that provide value, insight and competitive advantage
  • Monitor and manage account health and identify ways to improve or grow account performance.
  • Prepare and work with leadership to present quarterly business reviews to select publishers to help build partnerships, growth businesses and identify issues or challenges

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ yrs. experience providing account management support in ad tech or website management
  • 3+ yrs. experience in digital advertising preferably in programmatic media
  • 2+ yrs. experience working within CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Strong skills working in PPT, Excel, and Word and comfort learning new platforms
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, growth-oriented environments

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in client services, sales, or customer growth in any of the following: AdTech, Digital Media, Programmatic or MarTech
