Job description

As a Personal Assistant you would support our CEO and his partner in managing his personal and administrative matters. This role ensures smooth operations, allowing the executive to focus on his business goals. 

Your main accountabilities would include but would not limit to:

  • Manage Personal Documentation: Research and coordinate immigration, residency, and passport requirements across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate Household Staff: Schedule and oversee household staff, including hiring and onboarding nannies,etc.
  • Lifestyle and Event Management: Arrange personal appointments, travel, restaurant bookings, and service providers.
  • Administrative Support: Handle document management, liaise with business operations, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain Organization: Proactively anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant: to ensure seamless business operations and provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
  • Fluent in English and Russian
