Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join their team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting their human resource operations, fostering a high-performance culture, and attending to various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, assist in job postings, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance review processes, assist in tracking employee performance metrics, and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and initiatives, helping to foster employee growth and development.
  • Compliance & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare reports as needed for management review.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
