We are currently seeking a full- time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate HR team. 



The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides support to contract management team, responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving a full range of complex employee relations matters as well as working in a generalist capacity. Ensure corporate departments and program operation practices are aligned with the Company’s policies and procedures. Collaborate with team to help build a company culture that reflects the Company’s values and objectives, and ultimately help to provide the best work environment possible to all employees

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree preferred; we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree
•    Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
•    Minimum of (6-10) years of HR or employee relations experience with a large company 
•    Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee population 
•    Thorough understanding of regulatory/statutory environment 
•    Strong employee relations background 
•    Travel up to 40% to support facilities throughout assigned territory 
•    Must be comfortable visiting and working within correctional facilities 
•    Ability to obtain security clearance, to include drug screen and background check
