This is a remote position.

Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist
Reports to: Team Lead, B&Q
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 7 hours a day

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented   Lead Qualification Specialist to support our business development efforts. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and vetting inbound and proactively generated leads to determine their suitability as potential partners on our marketplace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM is populated with accurate, validated business information, enabling our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to focus their efforts on high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual lead generation to identify potential partners in the home improvement sector.
  • Review approx. 300 leads per month from a variety of sources (manual prospecting, Similarweb, competitor marketplace data, etc.).
  • Perform due diligence checks using online tools and subscribed services such as Creditsafe.
  • Validate business information including VAT number, country of establishment, and other relevant data points.
  • Update and complete lead records in the CRM system (Salesforce), converting qualified leads into Opportunities.
  • Ensure leads meet internal qualification criteria before passing them to BDMs for follow-up.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in data entry, and flag incomplete or non-compliant leads.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, data research, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience in using Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to defined SLAs and targets.
  • Comfortable working in English (written and reading fluency required).
