Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist
Reports to: Team Lead, B&Q Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 7 hours a day
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Lead Qualification Specialist to support our business development efforts. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and vetting inbound and proactively generated leads to determine their suitability as potential partners on our marketplace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM is populated with accurate, validated business information, enabling our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to focus their efforts on high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual lead generation to identify potential partners in the home improvement sector.
Review approx. 300 leads per month from a variety of sources (manual prospecting, Similarweb, competitor marketplace data, etc.).
Perform due diligence checks using online tools and subscribed services such as Creditsafe.
Validate business information including VAT number, country of establishment, and other relevant data points.
Update and complete lead records in the CRM system (Salesforce), converting qualified leads into Opportunities.
Ensure leads meet internal qualification criteria before passing them to BDMs for follow-up.
Maintain consistency and accuracy in data entry, and flag incomplete or non-compliant leads.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, data research, or a similar analytical role.
Experience in using Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to defined SLAs and targets.
Comfortable working in English (written and reading fluency required).
