This is a remote position.

Role Name: Sales Development Representative

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Los Angeles, CA time/ 1 hour unpaid break
  • Regular business hours

  • Connect with potential clients across California through professional outbound calling campaigns
  • Build instant rapport with diverse prospects while representing our agency with excellence
  • Identify qualified opportunities for auto, home, umbrella, and renters insurance solutions
  • Facilitate smooth, real-time transfers of interested prospects to our experienced sales team
  • Maintain consistent high-volume calling activity to achieve daily engagement targets
  • Track and optimize outreach performance using modern customer relationship management tools
  • Contribute to team success metrics through reliable attendance and consistent performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume calling environments (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellence in English communication with a clear, neutral accent 
  • Demonstrated ability to build quick rapport in professional conversations
  • Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic and consistent performance history
  • Proficiency with basic CRM systems and comfort with technology
  • Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to grow within the insurance industry
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment for remote work
