Job description

This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support sales and marketing efforts, drive outreach, and help organize key events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and is eager to contribute to meaningful work.

You’ll be working closely with leadership to streamline outreach, support sales operations, assist with conference coordination, and help improve marketing campaigns.

At SaRA Health, we’re dedicated to streamlining patient-provider communication during and after active care episodes. Our platform makes it easy for providers to bill for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and soon, Chronic Care Management (CCM)—without disrupting their workflow.

While we began in the PT, OT, and SLP space, we've expanded into Orthopedics and Interventional Pain, continuing our mission to enhance care, reduce administrative burdens, and improve outcomes. We're a tight-knit team of nine, driven by integrity, accountability, and a deep commitment to the patients and providers we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email outreach and follow-up to qualified sales leads

  • Conduct sales demos for smaller opportunities and assist with post-demo follow-up

  • Support conference planning, including attendee research, outreach, and meeting coordination

  • Help organize meetings and client dinners during industry events

  • Track ROI from events, analyzing lead activity, opportunities, and outcomes

  • Help manage daily inbox tasks and maintain inbox zero

  • Assist in maintaining outreach across the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, demos, follow-ups, contracting, and onboarding

  • Support account management efforts and assist in planning scaled rollouts for large clients

  • Contribute to marketing campaign execution and performance tracking

  • Help organize virtual events, workshops, and travel planning

  • Assist with creating content, visuals, and presentation materials

Work within platforms like Zoom, Calendly, Apollo.io, Notion, and HubSpot (experience preferred but not required)

Requirements
  • Experience in a marketing, sales, or virtual assistant role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear and professional written communication

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, email automation, and scheduling platforms

  • Ability to analyze data and take initiative in identifying new opportunities

  • A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Passion for health tech and improving patient care is a big plus
