Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is looking for a strategic, results-driven product leader to take full ownership of our Scheduling product portfolio, and act as a General Manager for Scheduling Pro to drive growth and expansion of this upsell business. This is an incredible opportunity to own and shape a critical revenue growth initiative at a fast-growing SaaS company in an absolutely vital industry.

This highly strategic role will focus on product discovery, roadmap execution, and delivery while also influencing pricing, promotions, sales enablement, post-sales support, and go-to-market (GTM) execution. You will work with a cross-functional team of passionate, high-caliber individuals across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering to ensure we maximize value for both our customers and our business.

Our approach is customer-focused and data-driven. You will dive in to deeply understand our customers and their needs, collect and analyze data, and guide the team to move at high velocity and ship impactful solutions. You will leverage ServiceTitan’s platform capabilities and application programming interface (API) as well as emerging technologies including machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI),  to help create a comprehensive ecosystem of integrated, innovative solutions that solve customer problems end-to-end.

What you'll do:

  • Product Vision: Create, articulate, evangelize, champion, and execute the vision for ServiceTitan's Scheduling Pro product

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for your domain and make defensible and data-driven strategic prioritization decisions to optimize customer impact and business results

  • Discovery & Delivery: Drive the product development lifecycle from market research through discovery, design, validation, requirements, grooming, planning, development, delivery, and go-to-market

  • Pricing & Packaging: Develop and iterate on pricing models, promotions, and packaging strategies to drive revenue and customer adoption

  • Sales Enablement & Support: Enable sales stakeholders with product insights and an understanding of market needs, provide proof points and address objections, and partner with sales teams to structure and close deals

  • Post-Sales & Customer Success: Collaborate with customer success teams to optimize onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies; own customer and prospect escalations to ensure proper resolution while managing impact to roadmap commitments

  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies to drive sales pipeline and accelerate upsell conversions

  • Product Leadership: Influence multiple product areas and build integrated product experiences in collaboration with R&D leaders across Marketing, CRM, Jobs & Project Management, Dispatch, Pricebook, Estimates, Dispatch, Inventory, FinTech, Memberships, Accounting, and Reporting

  • Performance & Analytics: Achieve goals by defining key success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on customer feedback and data insights

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in product management, B2B SaaS products strongly preferred

  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree preferred

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and expansion strategies

  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in using data to drive decisions, measure success, and quantify customer outcomes and business impacts

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated initiative to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with others

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering industry-transforming solutions across web and mobile platforms

  • Proven ability to deliver against ambitious schedule milestones while paying strict attention to detail and quality

  • Capacity to operate autonomously and bring clarity in uncertain environments

  • Sound judgment and credibility to make difficult trade-off decisions that deliver optimal outcomes with finite resources

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Enthusiasm for your vision and mission that inspires your team members and customers, creating evangelists and champions for your cause

  • Bias toward action allowing you to move quickly while establishing the foundation for long-term success

  • Previous experience with machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and internet of things (IoT) preferred
