We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance and accounting team and contribute to the continued growth of our innovative company.

Position Overview
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who can partner directly with senior management and be a significant contributor to the strategic direction of the company.  

This hands-on role will report directly to the CFO and will interact with all levels of management as well as our private equity owners.  Extensive financial modeling and market analytic experience will be critical to your success, as will your ability to consolidate your findings and provide clear analysis and actionable insights/recommendations. 

Key responsibilities will include the development of company-wide KPI analyses of both current and new businesses, working with the CFO on the annual budgeting process, and modeling support for both current and proposed company activities and initiatives. 

Essential Skills & Responsibilities
•    Provide timely, consistent, thorough, and actionable business and financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, helping to drive company-wide financial performance
•    Establish and analyze measurements of key metrics (KPIs) and develop concise reporting and recommendations based on those metrics
•    Interact with the private equity owners on actual results and explaining performance and variances, as well as ad hoc reporting
•    Collaborate with department leaders to ensure that they understand their department’s financial results and how its performance can be improved.
•    Create in-depth consolidated financial models, new market analyses, and ad hoc reports, including bring structure to vaguely defined problems.
•    Execute and communicate effectively in a fast paced, highly fluid environment and be able to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
•    Assist with the analysis and evaluation of potential acquisition candidates and partnership/M&A opportunities.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field is required. MBA preferred. 
•    6-10 years of experience building in-depth financial models and analyses
•    Investment banking, M&A, equity/debt analysis or consulting experience a plus.
•    Experience working in a private equity-owned business a plus
•    Expert+ level skills with MS Excel and other analytical software.  Prior experience with ERP software (Sage INTACCT) and BI/Data Visualization software is a plus
•    The ability to draw actionable conclusions from disparate data sources.
•    Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience serving as a strategic business partner to executive management

•    Well poised, exhibiting strong communication skills while interacting with all levels of the executive leadership team
