Northrop Grumman's Unclassified Infrastructure Services team is seeking a Manager of Information Technology for SharePoint.  The Manager of Information Technology will own responsibility for developing solutions, servicing requests, and resolving incidents for the Enterprise SharePoint environment and SharePoint Online. The candidate must have a background in leading people and teams and in providing services and support for content collaboration. This position will be responsible for staffing, planning, and budgeting a department of 15-20 individual contributors.

This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative and Operational execution of the SharePoint Development and Support Services.
  • Drive communications and adoption with SharePoint user community through participation in governance teams, user groups, and communities of excellence
  • Support Collaboration Roadmaps and digital transformation strategies 
  • Acts with urgency to address outages, privacy issues, or other critical user impacts
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and anticipates and manages the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events, including Project and Program Reviews and other internal and external meetings
  • Reporting of service execution performance, including compliance with SLAs, SLOs, CSAT, and other KPI targets
  • Lead the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of the allocated department budget, delivering high quality, timely enterprise services within budget.
  • Continually identifying opportunities for affordability and adoption of enterprise solutions.
  • Drive Procurement and Enterprise Agreements to reduce costs and hit budget objectives
  • Functional responsibilities including coaching and developing team members, employee performance evaluations, timecard approvals, team building, interviews, and candidate selections
  • This position will require good communication (written and oral), presentation and leadership skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM discipline and 8 years of progressive professional experience OR Master’s degree in a related STEM discipline and 6 years of progressive professional experience (In lieu of education, will consider additional experience i.e. Associate’s degree and 10 years of related experience)
  • Prior experience in managing, supervising, or tasking employees

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge and experience with SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, solutions, and drive issues rapidly to closure
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and collaborate with executive leadership
  • Previous experience managing budgets and partnering with customers to prioritize support to business priorities and objectives
  • Knowledge of Business Management, Human Resources, and Supply Chain policies, procedures, and processes that support the SharePoint goals of superb financial management execution, outstanding efforts of taking care of people in our inclusive workplace, and compliant performance of all procurement activities.
  • Secret Security Clearance preferred

Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
