The National Operations Manager will spearhead and contribute to cross-functional projects across the Samsung Field Team operational domain. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, a strong command of project management methodologies, and the ability to effectively implement and optimize new processes and systems supporting client projects. You will drive the National Field Team project calendar, generate comprehensive reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Description:
Lead and contribute to Samsung cross-functional operations projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs
Manage the day-to-day logistics of project execution, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget constraints
Facilitate the implementation and ongoing optimization of new processes and systems to enhance operations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of project initiatives
Generate detailed project reports, analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations
Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
Provide regular updates to the Samsung program leadership team on project progress, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions
Performance Measurements:
Sales performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Scope adherence: Ensure all project deliverables are completed as specified in a given timeframe
Budget adherence: Effectively manage project expenses and stay within budget constraints
High-quality outcomes: Produce project deliverables that exceed client expectations
Stakeholder engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle
Data-driven decision-making: Leverage project data to identify trends, measure progress, and make informed decisions
Process improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements for operational efficiency and productivity
Effective communication: Clearly and concisely communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
Continuous learning: Actively pursue opportunities to enhance project management skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and embrace new technologies
Qualifications:
Business degree preferred
5-10 years of retail and national sales management experience required
Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience is required
Exercise operational excellence and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Superior leadership abilities with practical, professional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem solve
Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Must be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
