As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for Beamery’s innovative AI-driven products. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, crafting compelling messaging, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive product adoption and customer success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as you will be involved in everything from market research to sales enablement.

🚀 Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure active engagement with product marketing materials and messaging.
🚀 Turning market and competitive insights into impactful go-to-market tools — from sales battlecards and win stories to new outbound tactics.
🚀 Developing strong messaging and sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and market positioning—and inspire teams around a common vision
🚀 Engaging with customers and prospects directly to gather insights and feedback, surfacing them forward to Product teams to ensure our products continue to meet their needs and expectations.
🚀 Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team and across the organization.
🚀 You have proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B startup or tech environment, with a proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies.
🚀 You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
🚀 You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, with a passion for competitive intelligence and market research.
🚀 You are action-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
🚀 You have experience working closely with sales teams and understand the importance of sales enablement in driving product success.
🚀 You are curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow your career in product marketing in a company that invests in ambitious talent wanting to take on new challenges and opportunities.
🚀 Strong interest and/or experience in AI, data intelligence, HR tech, or related fields.
