Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time position (20 hours per week minimum) with potential to grow to full-time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Central Time (or 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM Manila time)

Client location or time zone: USA - CDT

Company/client overview:
The client owns a land entitlement company that prospects land for developers.

Scope:
  • Remote work position
  • No direct client communication required
  • Supporting sales team of property developers
  • Processing multiple leads daily to meet sales team requirements
  • Working within established systems and processes

Responsibilities:
  • Follow established procedures to qualify property leads according to specific criteria
  • Input and maintain accurate property information in the company’s custom CRM system
  • Complete qualification forms with appropriate information for each property
  • Submit qualified leads for sales team review
  • Ensure 10-20 qualified leads are ready daily for sales team morning calls
  • Maintain attention to detail while processing high volumes of data

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Lead generation experience required
  • Basic understanding of real estate or property management concepts
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and forms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with basic Windows applications
  • Experience with real estate industry preferred
