Job description

Learning & Development (L&D) Support:
• Learn and use the Opus L&D platform efficiently.
• Migrate training content into Opus, following set guidelines.
• Enhance content for better engagement and interactivity.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.


Social Media & Community Management:
• Create engaging content (graphics, short videos, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Skool.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Manage and engage with the Skool community, fostering positive interaction.


Administrative Support:
• Assist in drafting proposals and contracts using templates.
• Handle light research, data entry, and task follow-ups.
• Provide general support to streamline the client's daily operations.

Collaboration:
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the client for updates, feedback, and task refinement.
