  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define service offerings, pricing models, and proposals.
3. Full Sales Lifecycle
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of Surgical Solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and presenting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts.
4. Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key hospital decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
5. CRM and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on market trends.
  • Partner with finance and leadership for accurate sales forecasting.
6. Communication and Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across varying backgrounds.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using standard office technology in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales or sales leadership experience in sterile processing or surgical services.
