Job description

About Us

At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.

From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

The Senior Strategic Programs Manager, Distribution and Marketplace is responsible for designing and managing one of SentinelOne’s most strategic partner programs, centered on the strategy, structure and program framework  for our  Distribution and Marketplace partners around the world. In addition, because these partners play such an important role in SentinelOne’s sales execution, this person will also play an important part across the entirety of SentinelOne’s PartnerOne Program. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to design scalable and measurable programs for this partner ecosystem, by working with key sales and marketing professionals in various theaters, and by being willing to focus on the details to implement such programs with various operational teams.

What will you do?

  • Own SentinelOne’s Global Distribution & Marketplace Program, an integral segment overlaying a significant portion of SentinelOne’s global business.
  • Interface with Global Sales and Ecosystem Leaders in various theaters to incorporate their needs and feedback into the Global Distribution & Marketplace Program.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with existing SentinelOne Distribution & Marketplace Partners worldwide, ensuring that they have a voice in the design and management of these Programs.
  • Design and manage innovative incentive programs that can be leveraged by Distribution & Marketplace Partners to drive indirect, incremental, and independent growth.
  • Develop deep relationships with SentinelOne’s Partner Operations team to ensure that designed programs and processes can be implemented.
  • Work with other members of the Partner Programs & Strategy team to ensure that all program requirements and benefits integrate seamlessly.
  • The role requires 25% travel, both in the United States and overseas.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise sales environment, with global experience highly recommended.
  • A proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue, particularly in their services channels.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional Distribution and Cloud Marketplaces, preferably with knowledge of key focus accounts like Amazon Web Services, Google, Exclusive Networks and Ingram Micro.
  • Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations, as well as within SentinelOne.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking.
  • Can work in a fast paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the cyber security space.

Why us?
