Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers regarding subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, billing issues, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and questions to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate new offers and updates to subscribers.
  • Stay informed about service features and updates to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within subscription-based or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
