Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transaction issues, app functionality, and service features.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless banking experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and address complex service-related queries.
  • Educate customers about mobile banking security measures, new features, and banking regulations.
  • Collect feedback from clients to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
