Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant
  • Handling invoices and processing customer payments.
  • Handling insurance paperwork and claims processing.
  • Phone handling including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Customer Follow ups.
  • Admin adhoc tasks.


Requirements:

  • English and Spanish communication and comprehension.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Bilingual Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience with invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic financial tasks.
  • Knowledge of insurance paperwork and claims handling is a strong plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and speaking with clients and partners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm US Central
