Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote US

This Position

We are looking for sales agents who are highly target driven, team players, with a minimum of 1-year Sales experience to join our team on a full basis. If you are ambitious, results-focused and enjoy a challenge, this job is for you!

 

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets across both inbound and outbound calls with multiple clients.
  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service on all customer interactions.
  • Working as part of a team, in line with company priorities.
  • Active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
  • Team player with a positive outlook, who enjoys working in sales and customer services environments.          
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • A passion for tech and software products.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.
  • Sales/Customer service experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Outbound Sales experience in a contact center, or door-to-door sales is preferable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment (preferably call center environment
  • Excellent telephone manners and related soft skills
  • You must have an appropriate working area and strong internet connection
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to display impeccable schedule adherence
  • A team player with a positive outlook and a passion for customer support
  • Please clearly outline your previous experience on your CV.
  • This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours a week
  • Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CT
