This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour unpaid break) Dubai, UAE (Gulf Standard Time)
  • Bonuses included and based on KPI performance

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth trajectory of a luxury fashion brand that’s redefining bespoke tailoring in the UAE and beyond. As the Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients while managing sophisticated marketing initiatives across digital platforms. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to drive brand visibility and ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans across multiple international locations. This role offers significant growth potential and the chance to be part of a brand that’s positioning itself to become the world’s premier destination for bespoke tailoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive lead generation through sophisticated outreach on LinkedIn, targeted email campaigns, and strategic digital channels
  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth prospects and VIP clients
  • Enhance brand presence through creative social media management and content coordination
  • Orchestrate and maintain appointment schedules for qualified prospects
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns for different client segments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing client base across various tiers
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics and conversion rates
  • Support international expansion initiatives through strategic communication and coordination
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all prospect and client interactions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives


Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end sales support, or premium customer service
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury market dynamics and VIP client interactions
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Experience in maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Ability to adapt to rapid growth and changing business needs
  • Comfort with remote work while maintaining consistent communication
