Job description

As a Workplace Partner you will keep the Seattle-area Remote Broadcasting Center (RBC) rolling and cultivate a space where all Employees can thrive. You will be responsible for assisting the Americas Region Workplace Experience Manager in all aspects of office and program management within the scope of workplace experience as well as being the primary point of contact for the location.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to Employees and vendors at the RBC, effectively managing vendor tasks and ensuring Employees needs are met.
  • Manage vendor and/or supplier relationships. Ensure WE contractors perform day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with on-site security as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders such as local leadership, building management, broader WE team, and local Physical Security to ensure programs and workplace expectations are met.
  • Monitor for and oversee maintenance and repairs. Monitor and propose improvements to the office environment to adhere to WE standards.
  • Perform EHS compliance activities and maintain and optimize office procedure documentation.
  • Support local office events and ensure all WE elements are in place for Show Days.
  • This may include, but is not limited to, planning, communications, and day-of coordination

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience of providing facilities or maintenance service in a busy organization.
  • Experience working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standards.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative, function in a fast-paced working environment, with immediate and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management are a must.
  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with managers and employees at all levels within our company.
