Job description

A dynamic and detail-oriented Business Partner – Talent and Market Acquisition role; to oversee and deliver the full cycle of our Talent mobility services, including the initial screening of candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and preparing essential documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient talent transition.

This role will serve as a key liaison between candidates, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a seamless candidate experience. A key responsibility of the role also involves overseeing and facilitating the seamless integration of clients into the job market, ensuring an optimal match between talent and opportunity. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for conducting research to improve service strategy and market insights

Additionally, the Business Partner collaborates closely with the marketing team to create brochures and promotional materials designed to attract both candidates and clients, thereby enhancing brand visibility and market presence.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Candidate Management & Onboarding

  • Conduct screening and eligibility assessments based on program requirements.
  • Lead introductory calls with potential candidates to explain the program, gather information, and guide next steps.
  • Drive and track candidate enrollment, ensuring documentation, agreements, and payments are completed accurately and promptly.

2. Service Delivery & Candidate Coordination

  • Manage the complete candidate journey—from onboarding through relocation and integration.
  • Provide hands-on support for application submissions, visa processes, interviews, and post-arrival requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries and providing timely guidance.

3. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams and external service partners (e.g., visa/legal consultants, language providers, relocation agents) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with employers and recruitment partners to align job placements and candidate fit.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and informative guides that enhance candidate engagement.
  • Support the creation of brochures, social media content, and other marketing materials relevant to talent mobility programs.

Research & Strategic Input

  • Conduct market research on visa trends, in-demand professions, regional labor requirements, and relocation procedures.
  • Analyze feedback and industry insights to recommend improvements to our service offerings.
  • Support reporting and documentation for internal strategy and performance tracking.

Integration Support

  • Guide candidates on housing, city registration, tax ID, social insurance, and local onboarding processes in their new location.
  • Recommend language learning resources and help facilitate cultural and professional integration.

Performance & ROI

  • Track key metrics related to candidate onboarding, enrollment conversions, and service delivery efficiency.
  • Contribute to overall project profitability and ROI, identifying gaps and areas for process improvement.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure all candidate information is handled in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and professional information shared by applicants throughout the mobility process.
  • Adhere to all internal procedures, service agreements, and compliance requirements relevant to the Talent Mobility program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, International Business, Migration Studies, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, recruitment, or international HR project coordination.
  • Strong candidate engagement experience, including screening, introductory calls, and onboarding.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record in managing candidate enrollment and program participation metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and candidates simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with visa, relocation, and employment procedures in Europe is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills across multicultural environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws (especially GDPR) and the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance frameworks.
