What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you will:
Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with SprintlyWorks’ offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, consulting, or customer success.
Strong relationship management skills with a track record of growing enterprise accounts.
Ability to navigate complex client organizations and engage with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Education: Should have a Masters or a bachelor’s degree in business.
