What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients.

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with SprintlyWorks’ offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
