Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM (CST), weekend flexibility may be required

Position Overview:

The Guest Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and solution-oriented. This role involves phone, chat, and email support, handling guest inquiries, solving problems, and generating bookings. The ideal candidate is engaging, positive, and able to create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist guests with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience that drives repeat business.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to represent the companys brand.
  • Accurately document guest interactions and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance guest service processes.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with RingCentral, Xola, HubSpot, and ADP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A naturally cheerful, engaging, and friendly personality.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with SendOwl, Shopify, TextExpander, G-Chat, and 1Password.
  • Comfortable with coaching and feedback to improve performance.
