What you will do:
The Program Coordinator will oversee and manage the seamless execution of ongoing programs hosted by eXp University and eXp Elevate Coaching. This individual will work closely with a team of US-based staff and Virtual Assistants (VAs) to implement, maintain, and improve processes for program setup, launch, and operations. As a vital part of the eXp University team, the Program Coordinator will interface with eXp University staff, eXp Elevate Coaches, eXp Realty Agents, and Leadership to ensure programs deliver exceptional value and align with organizational goals. The Program Coordinator will develop and grow, learning from award-winning leaders and successful entrepreneurs about business operations, real estate, and learning & development.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor program performance by maintaining, and reporting on, success metrics and address issues and challenges proactively.
Maintain attention to detail across all program deliverables to meet organizational standards.
How you will grab our attention:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field is preferred; however, a High School diploma or GED is required.
2+ years of experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Proven experience coordinating or managing virtual programs or events in a professional setting.
Strong background in working with Virtual Assistants and Interns.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Process-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing and refining workflows.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in remote or virtual team environments is highly preferred.

The total base pay for this position starts at $60,000 in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $70,000 in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
